My blog is about cooking, travel, adventure, and a love of all things edible. I am not a chef or an expert, just a curious enthusiast.
For the past six years I have lived in London, working for a children's book publisher by day, and eating, cooking, or talking about eating and cooking by night. My husband and I recently gave up our jobs and moved back to the US to live in our car (really!) and drive around the country, and... well, I think we like this nomadic life and aren't quite ready yet to settle down again.
I am now a freelance writer and publisher, specializing in food and travel (surprise!), personal essay, children's, and corporate copy writing.
I'm from Atlanta, Georgia originally, but have lived in Arizona, Oregon, Florida, South Korea, England, and Maine. I have also traveled all over (well you know, not all over, but rather a good bit over) North America, Europe, and Asia. It would be fair to say that I occasionally experience wanderlust. No matter where I am, I think and talk (a lot) about what I'm eating.
